No Refunds Policy
There are NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES for any tickets purchased UNLESS THE HEADLINER CANCELS. If a support act cancels, there are NO REFUNDS. Please do not purchase a ticket unless you are sure that you want to see the headliner no matter who the support act is.
Age Policy
Concert goers under the age of 16 will need a parent or guardian with them for the duration of the show.
Parents, if you don't want to buy a ticket to the show, you can hang out in the Nuddy Bar & Grill (next door to the Chance) for the duration of the show. You'll be next door while your teen enjoys their concert experience.
